I've stripped most of the game-area away so it's easier to read. I was going to town with a rocket launcher, blasting my way through the wall in the uppermost part of the wall. It's a YASD candidate, but the exception seemed more appropriate to report.

As can be seen below, I got the exception just as i died.

Far too many at the moment, but it seems to be a "thing" with me.

Fallout 3 (heavily modded for an open-ended and slightly roguelike feel - permadeath and 500% mob spawning + rebalanced mobs based on player level)
Fallout 3: New Vegas (first playthrough with all DLC. After that I will mod it to hell and bash some mutant heads)
Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (first playthrough)
Star Wars: The Old Republic (The new MMO from BioWare/EA)

I just had to create a user here to tell Kornel what a !"#%&/(&%/&% great job he's doing on DoomRL!

Definitely rooting for a Mac port of this. A donation towards that goal is a given :D
