Title: [0.9.9.4] Lava Silver Badge not rewarded, full completion

I cleared out the Lava Pits on AoMs, killed JC, and didn't get the badge. I did get promoted to Hell Knight.

Had you run anything throug Custom Game before playing? If you play any sort of custom game/mod, you must quit and restart doomrl or anything you get in non-custom games will be discarded.
