(Just for Fun, so probably painfully unbalanced, but I'm just tossing something out)

Imagine if Doomguy knew this deadly 2000 year old art...He would tear through hell like paper.

Game: You are automatically named Kenshiro.
Fists only. no knives, no chainsaw, no special Melee weapons.
you always gib the enemy in one to two hits, except boss-types, like the AoD, and Cybie.
They go down in 3 or 4.
You have dodgemaster, Iro3, Brute3, Hellrunner, TaN3.

I really don't have anything else. it's not even a serious idea, so yeah.

This made my day. I couldn't stop laughing when I looked at it! XD

There's just one little problem... We don't know where are demons' power points.

Even though you are outside the Phobos base, and believe you are asleep, the truth is, you were with the rest of the team when you first delved into hell, and like the rest, you died. You're just not aware of it. Your enemies are, though. And not even death will save you from them!

+You can pass through walls.
+You can pass through enemies, except Lost Souls.
+You can't be attacked in melee, except by Lost Souls. Only ranged attacks will hurt you.

-You can't do melee attacks, only ranged attacks can hurt your enemies. The exception to this is Lost Souls.
-Your inventory is reduced. You cannot carry as much stuff, because you're not corporeal, and thus can only carry what you can hold inside your ectoplasm.
-Ranged attacks do more damage. The legions of hell are VERY experienced in causing pain to souls.

Hmm... It can be one of two things:

1) It is concept art, or something similar.
2) There's planning to continue the Berserk! anime after the point it was left of (The birth of Femto and the beginning of the actual meat and potatoes of the series)

Oh, wow! Double amount of uniques? That's sick! (In a good way) I'll surely love playing the new DoomRL.

As per the exotic weapons, I think the idea is nice enough. It would allow you to give a bit more life to those uniques that are just a bit more 'special' than their more regular counterparts without making them too overpowered. I second that.

Well, anyways, since Kornel apparently didn't put Spidey in this new version, I guess that I'll have to keep waiting.

Also, to everyone here... I'm not 100% Japanese. My mother is Japanese, indeed, but my father is Spanish, and I was raised in Spain. So I consider myself Spanish, with a Japanese side. I'm responding in English because my Japanese knowledge is a bit limited. I've managed to understand your sentences, thou(Otherwise, you probably would read me asking what the hell you have typed, instead of responding to your question).

Technically, the Spider Mastermind is *not* stronger than Cybie. Cybie fires rockets. The spider, buffed minigun rounds. The disadvantage Cybie had in Doom and Doom 2 is that his rockets weren't as fast as the spider's bullets, and thus, they could be dodged better. But close and personal, Cybie will give the Spider Mastermind a run for his money. Like in Doom 2 stage "Gotcha!", where you can get them to fight each other if you manage to interpose between them and get away a second before they fire at you.

It would require a very big overhaul, indeed. But it could be done... In a future version. For now, I guess we'll just have to endure the buffed Arachs.

But if, in a future version, the Spider's Lair was more rewarding...

Well, although the adding of features for this newly coming version is over, I'd like to add my two cents with a little suggestion of mine...

Bio Force Shocker.
Now this is a BIG fu***** sword...
Damage: 6d7? - Melee. However, you use up an energy cell each time you use it.
Special: Has the ability to 'shock' an enemy, randomly stunning them for a limited amount of turns (Maybe 1 or 2? I'm not sure). Alternatively, each time you score a hit, a 'shockwave' is unleashed, in BFG fashion, dealing reduced damage to enemies that are nearby.
Source: My brain, after having been through TVtropes way too much. (If you notice, Bio Force Shocker is a pun to Doom-related stuff. Its acronym is BFS (Big Fucking Sword(Although it works more like a taser, or a vibroblade, if you ask me)), and, in the Doom movie (Which I actually liked a bit (Hides from stones coming her direction)), the BFG is acronym for both Big Fucking Gun and Bio Force Gun.)
