I suggest throwing off some of this red armour and sticking to Portable Berserk Kits next time ;). Gg though.

As reloading two guns really takes time, try to look for places where you can take cover while reloading. You can also reload just your primary gun by doing a normal reload, which will take less time. If the situation is really desperate and you think you can kill your enemies with a single gun, this can be a life saver.

Also consider that with SoaG (3) and F shooting with 1 gun will take much less time then with 2 guns. And reloading 1 gun takes less time.

hey cool i had idea for a Demolition Challenge with the Mega Launcher. its a standard rocket launcher, but infinite ammo! still reloads, but that solves the blew up all ammo problem, and makes it playable on early levels, where there are no rockets!
And it does 10d10 damage and has huge knockback, doesnt destroy items and doesnt damage you. It also destroy indestructable walls and kills JC in 2 shots. We could also have a trait which reloads Rocketlauncher whenever you move, also increasing your dodge chance by 50 %.

I thought more about do you kill those demons / former commandos on dl 3? On dl 3 you can only find Hell's Arena (Unless it was on Dl2). CC comes first on levels 4 or even, if unlucky 5. My question is moreover how to survive demons and lost souls which are faster than you. Sometimes they block your way, and thats just pain, when you cant run through and lock the door. Hellrunner helps in being faster then pinky's, but then you dont choose brute, which is helpful vs lvl 1 enemies andformer humans. Tough challenge...

Then you can throw your chainsaw ;) . Or Ultimate Weapon Of Spoiliness as Styro said (after all, it's a spear ;) ).

I've been thinking a little bit about advanced traits... and it seems to me that Shottyman is the most efficient in terms of trait using. You wont get full advantage from traits like dualgunner, berserker, badass and so. But by taking only 1 trait called Shottyman you can reload while moving every shotgun you have (even double shotgun). Wouldnt it be a little bit more fair to make advanced trait only one - level - strong traits. They could have higher requirements, but have a nasty beneficial effect.

Just something I found useful.

3 traits Hellrunner + coward is enough to dodge most of Cybies missiles. I think its far more useful then going melee (He hits pretty hard). More than this, those traits help a lot in fighting cacos, BoH, and even Arachs (though here Ironman is probably a better idea). Cybie also reloads after every shot, which gives a simple possibility of walking (dodging) whenever he shoots, and shooting when he reloads.

A small mistake - in Wiki double shotgun has 5 round clip.

By the way I thought about writing an article in Wiki/Strategy Guides  about usefulness of Hellrunner + Shottyman path, though I'm not sure if I should, with my little experience to DoomRl.

Hmmm its more than hard, because :
1. Some enemies chase you
2. Some enemies are faster than you
3. Sometimes you have to clear the level to find CC. This IS pain in neck. And by the way, someone had 90% kills in AoB challenge. How do you do this?

There's a better way.  Got a button on your keyboard that says "Print Screen" somewhere?  Press that and Ctrl together and you have your screenshot.
Mmmm where will the screenshot be saved? In Doomrl folder?

After beating AoB challenge on normal I tried it on harder difficulities...

It was impossible to me to get past level 3. There are Demons and Former commandos everywhere!
Do you guys fight the whole levels? Do you use coward or aggresive tactics? How do you manage to get past level 3??? :)

2 are overpowered and one is useless ;p .

I once found a double shottie AND rl on lvl 2 in a lost soul vault. How do you make a screenshot?
