Previously discussed and reported (http://forum.chaosforge.org/index.php/topic,5531.0.html) for 0996G and deemed 'bug', this still persists: when going Berserk in graphics mode, the red colour scheme makes the INT2 enemy locators more or less invisible. If memory serves, same goes for wearing an envirosuit.
Was this intentionally not altered, or simply overlooked?

Eh, I would say it was left unfixed for now due to focus on content.
I'll pester Kornel to fix it for 0.9.9.8.

You won't be the only one ;).

Yeah this annoyed me a bit too.
At least it's not a crash bug or anything.
It just makes intuition less reliable while berserked.
I thought it was overlooked probably on purpose, since the intuition trait is already somewhat too powerful as it is.
Thank god this trait exists though, since damageless runs would be completely impossible for most of us without it.

Well, I can imagine the reasoning for Int2 not kicking in while berserk (you are so consumed by your rage).
But I can't think of a honest excuse in case of an envirosuit.

I was pretty fine with int2 not working in berserk - shouldn't it become a feature?
If you've grown up to int2, then berserk will make you nearly invulnerable anyway, so it might need some tradeoff.

Calm down. Int2 works with Ber -- only problem was that in the graphics version, the locators are all black due to the colour shift to a red tinge.

As I argued in the original discussion (http://forum.chaosforge.org/index.php/topic,5504.0.html), I'm not saying that it is absolutely necessary for a player to still see the location markers while zerked - in fact, if it's a design choice not to show them, I think it's a very valid choice.
Since there's a difference (I've been told) between the way they are displayed in console and graphics versions, however, this is not so much a design choice as it is a flaw.
-
I'd like to point out that enemies seen by intuition ARE visible on the minimap, even in zerk mode.

Yeah, was also discussed previously. It helps, but still makes precision shooting more difficult than was intended to be.
