GH: Be sure to use mortem tags.
WHOOO! This is an awesome feeling, as this my first AoMC win, first full win and first UV win. Ammochain + plasma rifle combo is kinda OP, because you can one shot every normal enemy (even arch-viles with max SoB and Triggerhappy and no mods on the rifle!)
Only those damn summoned barons keep this from being a YAAM. A funny thing: I never actually got to see JC, I just blind fired in the blackness and bang, he was dead :D

GH: Don't forget to use mortem tags.
So, I begun like every other AoB game, had a few rough moments but nothing spectacular, since my backbag was soon overflowing with large medpacks. Killed everything till I got to the Vaults. I would've skipped it if I I hadn't read that they were openeable. Well, I couldn't figure out how to open them, so I had to skip it. Sucks, I would've like to chainsaw their sorry faces. Kept butchering my way through the hordes, easily destroyed Angel of Death and, well, after I got the Spear the rest of the game was even easier.
Confident of my success so far, I stepped in the Mortuary, only to find myself surrounded by hordes. Thanks to constant berserking (bug fixed, and berserking = pwnage), Necroarmor and Vampyre, I didn't go below 70% at any time, and was able to slay the arch-viles. Really, those guys are so wimpy in melee. Nothing like a bashed-in arch-vile face. Got the Angelic Armor, but never used it. Go figure.
Easy run, the big bad didn't even have a chance to shoot me with his cowardly rockets. I just wish I had found a nuke and used that Lava Element to kick in JC's ugly face for once. :D

Nice job. I didn't think tech mods worked on melee weapons, but it seems I was wrong. I'm going to give it a try, I bet it's great for getting berserk with knives, and for demons in general.

Those said monsters are actually very easy in melee. Getting near them is the hard part, but even that is easily done while berserk. A horde of demons is harder with knives only, imo, than a single mancubus/arch-vile/revenant.

Yo, it's me again. I decided to try a standard game knife-run, and boy, I succeeded on easy after a few unsuccessful attempts on harder difficulties. The early game was too easy, because the healing effects were doubled. I didn't find a bulk mod pack to equip my knife with until very late in the game, so that led to some problems. Anyway, I ran out of medpacks on the middle-to-late levels, but still managed to survive, thanks to a few supercharges and healing globes.
There weren't very many difficult parts in the late game, except for a level, where there was a crowd of mancubi, archvile and spideys in the middle. I managed to clear them out, thanks to them being so stupid as to shoot each other. I actually ran away from that situation after killing the damn arch-vile, but found a conveniently placed invulnerability globe near. Let's say that the remaining monsters didn't stand a chance.
Found a nuke, but there wasn't Inv globe on the level before Cybie. Too bad, I still have a JC to see (and kill).

Wow, I didn't actually notice the Icarus cross! o_o Wow.
About the Cybernetic Armor: I can't actually remember when I exactly equipped it, but it must have been late in the game. I wouldn't risk having to wear a [0/8] armor, and movement speed isn't very important when you gain Dodgemaster and Fireangel. Why isn't Fireangel popular btw? Is it because of the traits wasted on Shottyman?

Overall, I think this was an easy run, even though it was my first win on AoPc. I didn't have any problems with my enemies, expect maybe in the beginning with some sergeants. After getting Fireangel this was really easy, especially after I got some flesh on my bones with the Cybernetic armor, TaN and Ironman.
Got the Compet'n silver cross, even though I wasn't aiming for that. Also liked the description for a partial win, since I never have gotten that before :D

Yeah, maybe I should have killed those demons and lost souls. I have worked out a strategy btw. Run to the doors right next to the Angel before killing the demons. That way you have much more time to kill the AoD if you berserk fighting those demons >:D

So... yeah. My first AoB victory, and also my first post.
I found the Cleaver on the 2nd level, and used it for the rest of the game. I was fully stocked on med packs for pretty much the whole game. Found the Onyx armor and modded it with a power mod. Very nice combination, but I used the Angelic Armor for Cybie. I didn't go to the UC, as I have TOO many bad experiences of the AoD. City of Skulls was very easy, thanks to the Butcher's Cleaver + Vampyre combo. I found a total of THREE nukes during the game. That's pretty rare, right? Cleared the mortuary with one of them, thanks to conveniently placed Invulnerability globe. Also cleared the Vaults with a nuke. Was hoping for Inv globe on the last level before Cybie, but unforunately I didn't find one, and therefore missed this "JC" everyone's talking about.
Feels good, especially since I managed to unlock several new challenge modes (half the list :D)
