Title: Agility mod overrides sniper mod

I was playing Ao100 and had a decked-out advanced plasma rifle when I found the Sniper Weapon Pack. It was something like A2P2T1 when I put the SWP on, and I didn't notice any change in accuracy; it still missed on one shot in ten or so.

I doubt this would come up very often, but when it does I'd rather the agility mod be wasted rather than the unique mod.

To be honest, I think this does need to be tested more. I think that once the Sandbox mode is live (and perhaps enchanced), it will be easier to test. I'm uncertain if the missing is in line with the monster dodging, or you knocking them out of the line of fire, or what. But I will say that I've seen it happen as well.

Keep in mind this was 0.9.9 Ao100, Advanced Plasma Rifle P3A3T3B1F1S1 (had Ammochain so I didn't need the N1 >.>).

One note: Sandbox won't help in testing, since you can't spawn exotics/uniques in sandbox, at least at the moment.

I'm pretty sure that the sniper mod is bugged and doesn't do what it says it does too.
