Title: Cell Flag Question

Can someone explain to me what the cell flags CF_OVERLAY, CF_MULTISPRITE, and CF_STICKWALL mean? They seem to be used a lot in the mod examples, but what do they do exactly?

They're related to graphical tiles.

Beyond that I don't know how they work.  I know it's safe to ignore them if you don't care about tiles...
