Title: [U|86%|AoB+AoOC|YAVP] Berserker Silver|Gold|Platinum

And another one.

Lots of tries to get this going, as always - Sereging is very unhealthy for one's KDR. Gothic Armor on Hell 1, coupled with a lucky Invulnerability, helped immensely with the Mancubus Complex I spawned in, and the armor tanked AoD very nicely, but I switched to lighter armor as I descended, since it's very difficult to be an effective Angel of Berserk when you're -70% Movespeed and can't even take HR. Unfortunately all my lighter armor was destroyed in short order, so I ran naked and scared through a lot of the later levels, using up all of my medkits along the way. Luckily, heavy armor is very effective for the Mastermind, so while I had no remaining means of healing, I wasn't taking enough damage to be concerning, and berserk finally proc'd, allowing me to finish the fight and complete the run.

Bulk-modded Gothic Armour?  O_o  You just decided it wasn't slowing you down enough in its default state?  :P

Ooh, does that increase the movespeed penalty? Hmm...

Well, in general I wasn't using it for standard play - I equipped it to tank AoD, and again to tank the Mastermind, and that was pretty much it. The AoD fight is pretty immobile(unless you're Sereging for Longinus Diamond =P), and while the Mastermind moved a bit, she's too erratic to effectively kite, so I didn't have much trouble there either. In the end, the extra durability was more important then the lost mobility for my purposes.

Yeah, there's a 10% movement penalty for bulk-modded armour; that's why I rarely do it, unless I'm having desperate armour shortages, but as you say, if you aren't expecting to move much at the time, you might as well.  :)
