Title: [Game] Complete the quote

The rules have been revised
Post the first part of a quote, the general medium it originates from (anime/manga, film, cartoon, game, etc), and a general hint. Then people try to figure out the source, who said it, and what the rest of the quote is. Each of those is worth one point. If it takes too long for people to get the source, or who said it after the source is known, then reveal that part of the answer.
Also, Googling the quote itself is forbidden.

Hint: We're looking for an optimistic catch phrase, DoomRL has a cameo weapon from the source, and Deathwind suggested that weapon and red armor as starting equipment for AoPc which ties back into that optimism and the character who said it.

Sorry, that's not quite optimistic enough. Also, I've rewrote the rules, made the hint more specific and gave away the first part of the answer.

It's from a very, very violent game that was banned in many countries. It's also from one of the final missions in the game.

Started searching from the tvtropes pages "BannedInChina" and "UltraSuperDeathGoreFestChainsawer3000". Skimmed through pages for relevant games looking for mention of Danny.

Manhunt 2. I'll guess that it was Leo Kasper saying it while in control of their body.

No idea how to finish that one, but I suspect it was said by Nathan Explosion from Dethklok Metalocalypse.



@Parasait, I'm gonna go ahead and give you the final point for the Planescape quote. The person I had in mind was Ravel Puzzlewell, but while going through a walkthrough I found that you re-ask her question to one of your incarnations.
