Bug Reports / Apostle throws error when dies on Ao100

Killed the Apostle at the end of Ao100, got this error, but no apparent ill effects - game ended normally and mortem was produced.

This was meant to be an easy run with MSc to get a few missing assemblies - until I found the Dragonslayer (picked up the Berserker Armour a few floors earlier). Then I just berserked through the rest of the levels as fast as possible, killing as many Arch-Viles as I could (needed for my next rank) and got an unexpected surprise at the end of it:

My first Conqueror and Angelic Medals, plus Masochist Platinum and Destroyer Gold. Used shotguns for most of this, only switching to Plasma Gun for last few levels of Hell. City of Skulls and Spiders Lair were both pretty tough, due to enemies appearing from multiple directions. Fantastic fun :-)

I thought this was going too well. I was trying to get Masochist Platinum and Destroyer Gold at once, but must have chosen the wrong difficulty level :-)
Still, I am very happy with the awards/badges I did get, especially the Untouchable Badge, which is first for me. Was hoping to get Conquerer or 100% kills, but foolishly went to the vaults without a way into the centre.
