Title: (9.9.7) Shot that Agony Elemental so hard his lost souls shot through the wall!

His lost souls got created outside of them because he died against a wall.

This isn't a bug; it happens all the time with Pain Elementals too.  The Lost Souls appear whereever there's space, even if it's on the other side of a wall.

Same goes for items drops as well. Try camping at the first set of doors in the Military Base for a while...
