Here are the XP values for the high-level monsters.

120:  Former human commander
150:  Cacodemon
200:  Hell knight
250:  Arachnotron/Baron of Hell
1000:  Cyberdemon

It amazes me how someone can actually get these without getting in to the games program and actually checking. Especially the cyberdemon. Perhaps he only has a exp value because you unlock the super-special-never-seen-by-anyone-except-the-doomRL-team-happy-fun level after defeating him.

lol! well actually getting the values wasn't that hard.. i got all the other values by just killing a creature i didn't know the xp value of, and then suiciding. I could have gotten what almafeta posted that way too, but i usually am not inclined to suicide by the time i have to kill hell knights or harder enemies. So he saved me a lot of work (i checked a couple of YAVPs and it all checks out too!)

All I did was plug all the values from all the copies of 'mortem.txt' that have been posted to this board, and converted them into a system of equations.  With so many data points, it was easy.

hehe i tried to do that by hand, but got bored by the 2nd substitution of a variable.. good thing you did that then almafeta.. what did you use for it?

you mean you did it by hand? or wrote your own algorithm for variable substitution? either way, you're a more patient man than i am :)
