Title: Disable ^C

Is it possible to disable the ^C key?
I accidentally pressed ^C, didn't even know it worked in Windows, but it "killed" a character who was rather far in the game.

Even the original rogue disabled ^C ... Is it possible to do this for DoomRL too?

I support this request. I once lost a character in AliesRL to this accursed key combination, because shift+c (character advancement screen) and ctrl+c (instant quit) were hazardously close to each other. And this character was already on his way to escape...

In DoomRL there is no command close to this keys, but  it's still a pity to lose an advanced character.

I never use both keys =)
If you want to see the character screen, just press "e" for equipment or "@" for stats. It's way safer than shift+c.
