Title: Fun Arena Level

The character went on to kill the Cyberdemon, which was not a surprise as it was on Easy.

Omg! I really hate it when something like this happens! =D

You know, I just played DoomRL, and it was a really crappy run. For starters, I didn't find any red armor during the whole game! Luckily, it was compensated by the Baron's Armor I found later on.
Anyway, in L19 (when I still had the blue armor) I was -->!spawned between!<-- exactly 2 BoH's, 3 HK's, 1 Mancubus, 2 Arachnotrons, some weaker enemies and, worst of all, an Arch-Vile. UGH!! Luckily, I had a homing phase device =)

Yeah, that doesn't sound survivable. Phase devices in general can be a life saver, though I have used a normal one and been plopped down only about five spaces from where I started. Not very helpful, but random is random.

This isn't nearly as bad, but upon entering a level in my last game, I saw something like this:

Luckily, I was able to get rid of the corner imp and shoot through to the baron in the middle. As soon as I killed that one, the baron and hell knight in the back started firing at me and killed the rest of the imps for me. :)
