Title: Advanced weapon presence notification

I was thinking, that given the rarity of advanced weapons and the trait investment in a whizkid build, perhaps their presence in a level could be announced similar to how uniques are? Similarly, the item destruction message uniques are due to receive.

That might be sane, however, I'd restrict it to WhizKid users. Level 1 would give you a message like "You sense something to tinker with.". Level 2 would give "You sense a [weapon name] to tinker with".

Wouldn't that be a little too helpful? Maybe it should just be left at "Something to tinker with." The most specific special item message I've seen was "You feel excited!"

I think that specifying the weapon would be a bit too specific. but Rank 2 Whizkid giving you the "You sense something to tinker with" message sounds fine to me.
