Now that 0.9.9 is imminent (4 days or so, people) and everyone feeling particularly gluttonous for spoilers already knows about the new challenges AND master traits, I suggest this addendum to the post-mortem title convention:
AoMC - Angel of Max Carnage, duh
AoSg - Angel of Shotgunnery, duh
However, now that master traits basically DEFINE the build you have chosen and you can only get one, I also suggest adding this to the convention:
MBm: Master Trait Blademaster
MVp: Master Trait Vampyre
MAD: Master Trait Army of the Dead
MFa: Master Trait Fireangel
MGK: Master Trait Gun Kata
MAc: Master Trait Ammochain
MCe: Master Trait Cateye
NMT: No master trait.

Really, why wouldn't you? While we're at it, may as well revise the way the title conventions work:
[Difficulty|Dungeon Level|Challenge Mode|Master Trait|Highest Badge level achieved (If Applicable)|Kill Ratio (If over 90%)]
So a M Full win with 100%, Ammochain and Reaper Gold (Cleared the Mortuary) Looks like this:
[M|26|Std|MAc|Gold|100%]

Let's go with it. And yes, the Mortem title probably should be canged to reflect the changes in the game.

The new convention seems a bit...long.

Yeah, I don't think badge level is necessary, especially considering that some badges are a LOT easier to get than other badges of the same rank. Demonic Diamond is a lot more impressive than Shottyman Diamond, for example.
Also if you win, don't post the level number, we know it's 25 or 26. Just YAVP, YAAM or YAFW will do.
