this task (for a bronze badge) would be more difficult, then most of  the silver badge tasks...

This badge can be won on ITYTD, that alone makes it quite easy.

I think you need to get lucky and get an Anti-Freak Jackal. That's the only way I can think of.

Lucky phase devices. Get a homing one as well for the guaranteed exit.
