Two suggestions:
1) I play on a laptop, without a keypad. As such, I've rebound the movement commands away from the arrow keys. However, the ingame menus still require the arrow keys for navigation, which is a little disorienting. As such, would it be possible to make either or both of these changes:- If the movement keys are changed, allow the new movement keys to move around the menus
- Allow binding multiple keys to a single command, so we could move with either WASD or the arrow keys
2) New traits are good. But the traits menu is starting to get somewhat overfull. Can it be changed a multi column format, like this?

(I reordered traits so the advanced traits lined up with the corresponding basic traits)

I like the multiple columns for trait selection, it does look nicer, and you won't need to tap down so many times to select a trait (in the middle of the current list).
I've gotten used to up/down and different keys for movement playing DoomRL on my laptop.
Heck - before I discovered doomrl.ini, I was playing with the arrow keys for compass movements and pgup/pgdown/end/home elsewhere on my keyboard to move diagonally, and I actually got used to that too...
Still, a unified set of controls would be nice, haha.
