Okay.
So as you all know, the special largely effecting levers, specialy the flooding ones have this nice little message that tells them they are around on levels that helps you to avoid/look for them, special the whole level of lava/water one.
However, the lever that destroyes ALL the walls doesn't seem to have this when it is one of the most dangerous levers in the early game when there is no cover what so ever with acid/lava if you ever are unlucky enough to pull it.
In my opinion, considering that even as useless as monster killing levers (I mean really, what was the last non AoPC game that lever actually was usefull?) give messages of their appereance, why doesn't this potentially deadly lever has its own?
I'd imagine it to give something like "Thise walls sure seem fishy.." or "Signs of bad architechture" or something like that?
Cause to be honest, when a level turns into a suprise arena level in one pull, things really don't get too pretty.

There are only three conditions where I would ever consider pulling a lever.
1. I have Intuition
2. I am playing N! and I get the water message (maybe)
3. I am totally desperate, about to die, am standing on a lever, and have no other viable options (out of ammo, no armor, no health, etc)
IMO if you pull a lever without one of those conditions you are just asking for a YASD.

Don't forget "I play AoP and I don't want to waste a medpack" thing.
But yes, such a massage would be nice, considering that levers like this have global effects.

Perhaps something along the lines of "You feel a vast space around you"?

I hereby declare this thread over, for Passionario has won it, lock stock and barrel.
Damn, I wish I had thought of the Jericho thing...

I haven't been here recently, so excuse me if I'm late in saying that you're a total wuss and I don't think I've ever won a game without getting gambler's shield. :D
I agree with the OP though, allwall levers are a pain.

I usually pull levers after I've cleared a level. Especially if there's still left some extra health and armour. I make extra holes in walls before I pull the levers so I don't get trapped with lava rooms/make faster exits for possible lava rooms before pulling the levers. I also move barrels away from stuff so they don't get destroyed if the barrels explode. This way it's very safe to go around pulling levers.
Maybe that's why my games tend to last 2h+ always... I also recognize I will probably have to change some playing habits once I get to the point where I'll start playing on N!
As for the original suggestion, I'm indifferent.

I'd like this in the tracker...

Posted to bugtracker. Not locking as challenger might still appear :P
