Title: Dragonslayer, finding but not weilding still notes in the show player?

Well not sure if its a bug or feature
But I found Dragonslayer earlier, but did not be able to weild it, though I did try few things that might've have had to do with weilding it as I got "inventory full" messages.
Eitherway, after the run it did not show up in my mortem but when I checked the uniques found page it was noted there even though I never actually got to use it.

Bug or feature?
