Title: Dodgemaster not available

v.0.9.8.10
Win version
Windows XP (SP2)

I've been trying to tech up to Gun Kata.
However, the Dodgemaster skill doesn't appear on the list of possible skill upgrades after I get the required two levels of Hellrunner.
This has been the case during every game started so far.

Current version is 0.9.9 so I reccomend moving to that ;)

And it wasn't supposed to be. Neither Gun Katta, nor DodgeMaster weren't in the 0.9.8.10.

I see. Looks like I downloaded the older version instead of the current one. Whoops! *^_^

You're in for a treat, then.  .9.9 has some fun new features, including the traits you were trying to use.
