Title: couldn't clear Lava Pits

Version is Windows 0.9.9.
Had an awesome Marksman run with Trigun and Phaseshift Set. Killed all monsters on Lava Pits, got Onyx Armor. Level name was still in red, no "relatively safe" message. Flied around a few times to make sure there's no lost souls or anything left. Have saves a couple of levels before and right after.

Mortem says though: He managed to clear the Lava Pits completely!

Its the same with the Hell's Arena.

Nope, the Chained Court can be cleared for sure. CoS and SL can be, I'm not sure.

Apparently there was an "all cleared" message, just non standard. I guess setting level name color to blue is linked to the standard "relatively safe" message? I've played since 0.9.8 but never noticed that some special level names don't become blue. Maybe it should be corrected?
