Title: [0.9.9.1] Silver Scavenger badge doesn't count for Sergeant rank

Version 0.9.9.1 (Windows). The OS I'm running is Windows XP SP2.

"To achieve Sergeant Rank: acquire a total of 1 Silver badges".
The requirement is grayed out - i.e. not reached - udner "Show Player".

The problem is that I have acquired one Silver badge - Scavenger - which the game seems to ignore even though it lists it as reached on one of the following pages of "Show Player".
