Title: doomrl.ini rearrangement for understanding and simplicity
Post by: AcidStrike on March 30, 2010, 16:17
However unimportant this is to most, as a new player the first two things I read were the Manual.txt, and doomrl.ini. I would like to have this rearranged and spell-checked .ini file included in future releases for ease of use, understanding, and simplicity.

I agree wholeheartedly. I'll see if Kornel will let me update the manual for him, since he can make some silly English errors sometimes. =D

On a side note, this tends to be forgotten about in the rush to release, and the beta testers tend to be more worried about the balance of the game than the typos/accuracy in the manual. Thanks for bringing it to our attention again!

Tavana, why didn't you do it yet?

Oh, remind me to give you access to the DoomRL repo.

Aww, thelaptop, you're always an exception to the rule. =D
