Here is another suggestion ( u guys are probable annoyed by these now lol)
I think a boss could be ...
The 4 Housemen of the Apocalsype
this could be good because they could drop items like;
Evil's Crown (armor)
War's Sword(weapon)
Famine's poison (mod)
I Don't know about what death's drop could be or areas' name
please repile with your opions

We're probably more annoyed by the large numbers of spelling errors and grammatical unsoundness.
Here are some things to think about also: where/when should these new bosses occur during the game itself? If you can come up with that too, then it can make this case a stronger one. Otherwise it'll just be taken apart very quickly, since it is effectively just a list without any context for the suggested characters to appear.

ok, i understand now, i think that the bosses should be around the mid-game part's, becuase there hardley is any bosses in the frist till about lv 16+ also i think if players are doing Ao100 it should be latee game (around lv 80) so they don't get bored of just fight the same enemies over and over agian, like they say change is the spice of life

We can thank him for the spelling errors quanity slightly decreased.
As for suggestion - your bosses do not appear in original Doom so an average player (like me) doesn't know anything about them. To propose adding something, you should work everything on the boss. What are their stats (e.g. damage, HP, speed), maybe what are their abilities and what is the char representing them. Just only what do they drop isn't enough. And on the drop - you should also state what does it do.

Also the guardians to the rewards just sound like rips of the other bosses in the game.
The rewards sound alright,but not really good.
Oh and famine is mass starvation,what you're thinking about is pestilence.

0) I think you ment Four Horseman?
1) Why not make extra locations with bosses? We could have a "Security Complex", filled with former humans, captains. At the end you would fight some pumped up former human (a Security Complex Operative?), surrounded with former commandos. That Security Complex Operative would be low on health, but have the ability to "mark" where the player is. This would cause former commandos to rush into the level. You would have to kill him quickly otherwise you'll get overrun by those commandos.
2) It has been a secret, that scientists were able to pass the portal earlier, many months before the invasion. It was possible to capture smaller daemons. Pinkies were great, because they were tolerant to high radiation, thus they could be sent to mines to retrieve resources.
The only problem was to control them.
"Animal lab" was used to train and add cybernetic implants into pinkies. The death rate was very high, but not among pinkies but scientist, who thought they just took control of them.
Player starts on a quite regular "city" like level. There are some former humans and pinkies. Somewhere in the level there is a locked "Cyberpinkie". He has three times the health, twice the speed and one armour extra then a normal pinkie. But for "Cyberpinkie" to be unleashed, player has to kill more than 75% monsters on level.
3) Bad dreams asylum
A place in hell where all nightmares are born. A mixture of cavern and city like level. It has nothing but lost souls and arch-villes. The boss of the level is "Lord of Styx", a pumped up arch-ville that has the ability to summon monsters. Remember, that the monsters he spawns are only in your imagination. If you defeat them, all the monsters will vanquish. Still, it is surprising how those illusion can harm you

i know, i ment that in the book of revelation (where my idears are form) it says the 3rd horsemen kills using both famine and pestilence
and at melon, i was thinking something like a stable where the horsemen look after there horses and you arive when they are practising and then fight you for fun but then die if you win

Trouble is, we already have the Angel of Death hanging around, and then there's the Dragonslayer sword... and somehow, having a weapon of the Apocalypse being weaker than that seems wrong, but at the same time it'd be hard to make a weapon more overpowered...
Not to mention, the Horsemen are supposed to be emissaries of *Heaven*. Would make it a bit odd to have them hanging around Hell, don't you think?

Spelling isn't everyone's forte. Granted it's nice to have, but not everyone is so blessed with it.
New bosses are a good idea. I'm not sure that these ones are the best idea. Maybe something more centred in the Doom Universe?

Security Complex sounds very Doomy,Animal Lab sound alright but Bad Dreams Asylum sounds very Undoomish

Oh yes I did,I am not trying to be offensive but Bad Dreams Asylum sounds a bit like a level in a kids game but if the name was changed and what happened there it could sound Doomish.Maybe Necrofacation Chamber its purpose could be transforming people into zombies.

The simple change of "Bad Dreams" to Nightmare would "Doomify" it. Other options that come to mind are below.
Animal Labs --> Experimental Mutations Complex / Carnivore Testing Facility / Animal Subversion Lab
Bad Dreams Asylum --> Horror Birthing Facility / Psychosis Analysis and Synthesis
