Title: minor bug: colouring glitch on info screen

On the DoomRL Player Info (Challenges) page, the word "level" in the Hard and Very Hard columns (and presumably in the N! column but I haven't run an N! game in challenge mode to confirm) is printed in white (if there's an entry in the previous column) or grey (if the previous column reads 'none') rather than in yellow as in the Medium column.

Yep, this bug I have been haranging Kornel for quite a while.
