Title: Duplicate unique

The Grammaton Cleric Beretta was spawned in hell's armory but I didn't take it (AoSG) and 2 levels later it spawned again in a normal level.

Is this due to me not grabbing it the first time?

EDIT:Found it AGAIN on level 23...

Question: does picking up a unique affect the probability of other uniques spawning?

This just happened to me, but with the Onyx armor pack and I did pick up both of them. I found the first in Hell's Armory then the other on a normal level. Not that I needed two of them, but it seems uniques can spawn multiple times.

I believe Unique mods and packs can spawn multiple times, while other uniques should not spawn again once they've been picked up in a run.
