Title: [0.9.9.2] AoPc + failed full win = no Pacifism Gold

I can't remember whether this was declared to be Not A Bug back in 0.9.9.1, so: a "failed full win" death doesn't qualify for Pacifism Gold (or Compet-n / Icarus crosses). If this isn't a bug, perhaps it should go in a "this is not a bug even though you think it is" sticky, along with a similar note regarding Compet-n and Icarus awards. (The event is logged as a Standard Win on your character sheet.)

After digging through the logs, I found this post (http://forum.chaosforge.org/index.php/topic,2368.msg21174.html#msg21174) which clears up the matter quite succinctly. The sticky has been updated as well.
