Title: Light Amp Goggles

Since the Tactical Area Map has been implemented, which is very powerful, how about Light Amp Goggles? They could increase your vision & targeting range by 2 (or larger), but only for a temporary amount of time.

Seems like it would be useful and still much less powerful than the tac map.

Sorry if it's been brought up before!
