Is it somehow possible to record games in the fullscreen mode?

Is it somehow possible to record games in the fullscreen mode?
RS(Roguelike Studio) does not support recording games in the fullscreen mode. Also Under Windows 7, the console window cannot be switched to the fullscreen mode.
However RS provides the semi-fullscreen mode for players who want to play DoomRL in larger screen.
See the following screen of RS. You can play DoomRL in the semi-fullscreen mode such as 1120 x 675.
