Title: [0.9.9.5 Win7] BFG blast lingering on to the next level

I think this might be another effect of the "effect shown before cause" bug, but I just killed Cybie with a BFG and the blast was briefly visible upon loading of the next level. I don't think it hurt anybody (damn), so it's likely just a graphic glitch.

It might be related to the thing where if you're killed by an arachnatron (for instance; I think anything sufficiently rapid-fire works, but I have more experience dying against Arachnatrons than anything else that does this), sometimes you can still hear (maybe also see?) it shooting briefly in the Mortem screen?

I believe this is relatred to the fact that after defeating Cybie, you don't actually run a level-change between levels. (Chainfire satys active, no tactic restoration, wtc.)
