One level above the Chained Court I found a SSG. After getting in the Chained Court(the non-Arena Master version), I picked up the chainsaw, and killed some zombiemen. Berserk stopped, so I tried to change weapon to my SSG. But there was no SSG in inventory(inventory was full). There was no SSG in the place where I picked up the chainsaw. So, my SSG is gone.

Maybe it went in the prepared weapon slot?

I'm fairly certain that you can't pick up the chainsaw unless you have room somewhere to put your currently-equipped weapon. The mechanic for the chainsaw moving immediately to your hands is based on how Juggler works and doesn't involve any direct writing onto the equipment slot. It's likely that (as tinyrodent says) it was moved to your prepared slot instead.

I checked the prepared slot, but there was only a chaingun. The SSG gone with the wind...

In my opinion it's a bug. The game doesn't see no inventory space so if you pick up the chainsaw, it deletes the current weapon you're holding to grab the chainsaw.

I tired to pick it up with full inventory today and I couldn't. There must be more to it.

Picking up the chainsaw does require free inventory space always. The auto-switch to chainsaw uses the same code path as the '0' quickkey (and all the other quickkeys).
I haven't yet been able to reproduce losing any items from picking up the chainsaw.
