Title: Partial Invisibility

Don't know if this has been suggested already, but I didn't find shiz.

So, what if there was a partial invisibility sphere item in the game? The one from Doom that is. So what it would do, is that it would make you invisible to the enemy till it runs out. If you get to melee range of the enemy, it will spot you. Then you will lose the effect. Could be very useful for things like Angel of Pacifism.

The thing was suggested before, and AFAIK, the work is in progress. Or not. BTW, in Doom it works another way.

I know it works another way in Doom. But it kinda sucked in it.

This was suggested by me just yesterday.
I suggest it working either as it did in Doom(monsters get severe accuracy penalities when firing at invisible player, while that sucked in original game(altho, it was a life saviour against hitscans)), either as it did in Quake(monsters couldn't see you AT ALL, until you hit them - after that, they see you just like if you weren't invisible) or both combined.
