Title: Phase device that failed to save me

I don't know if this can be considered a bug, but when I activated phase device to get me out of a difficult situation, I ended up dead anyway because the cacodemon's projectile got to me sooner than I could be teleported away. Shouldn't the teleporting action get precedence over any other, or at least last fewer turns?

I agree. This happened to me so many times, that i stopped counting it as a bug at all.

Hmm, wasn't it a "too near" teleport? Also, kicking in teleportation needs some time. I may try to reduce this time tough.

It's hard to say, because the screen went blank as the caco made its shoot, and then I died. If it was a "too near" teleport, it must have been only 1-2 spaces away; and Blade's comment that it happens every time so often would imply it's really an issue of timing of actions.
