On level 22 he entered the Lava Pits. He decided it was too hot there. On level 23 he stumbled into complex full of arch-viles! Then at last he found Dis! He nuked level 24! There is a Small Health Globe lying here. -- General --------------------------------------------------- 23 brave souls have ventured into Phobos: 20 of those were killed. 3 souls destroyed the Mastermind... 1 sacrificed itself for the good of mankind. 2 showed that it can outsmart hell itself. --------------------------------------------------------------It took about half a dozen attempts which failed at various points (one at cyberdemon, one just shy of Cybie thanks to a swarm of lost souls, another just shy of Dis thanks to an arachnotron, etc.). And I swear, every single time I'd either accidentally enter the wall (not a big deal) or city of skulls (also not that big of a deal) or the Halls of Carnage (a fairly big deal) which I entered here. Also lava pits, but that's just a small step to the stairs. I hit two arachnotron caves in a row, and I finished with a vile complex because the game hates me.
