Title: [0.9.9.6G Win] Char screen error on AoCn and AoOc

The character (@) screen says "currently on level n of the Phobos base" despite you being in Deimos/hell when playing Angels of Confidence and Overconfidence.

Which is true, for a given value of 'n' I guess. It's the House getting inside your head....
