Here's what a vault in hell looks like (it was one of those remotely opened ones) - the pregenerated blood is on standard hell tiles, while the rest of the vault uses the hexagonal texture.

Admittedly it looks a bit strange without the walls, but in my opinion it actually looks better with the different tiles... enhances the sense of it being different from the rest of the level, or special in some way.

What I mean is that there should be a uniform floor with blood pools on it. Right now there are holes in the floor on the tiles where there are blood splatters.

Yes, this is something we'll fix.

And Halls of Carnage have same problem - blooded walls and standart walls - looks like different tiles,
But maybe this thing only in linux version.
