Title: [0.9.9.6G Win7 64-bit] Mouse scrolling issue

I didn't have this problem on my Win XP machine, but on my Win 7 64-bit machine I could not effectively scroll with the mouse to the left.  The right worked as on the XP machine.  It might be nice to have a way to scroll the map with the keyboard.

Even though I don't have this bug, I'd appreciate a way to scroll with keys. I don't like to take my hands off the keyboard to grab the mouse.

Totally agree, mouse scroll is not the best idea IMO.
Only keyboard, only hardcore. :D
