Title: Modding uniques

What are the rules for modding uniques?  I just tried to power mod Malek's armour with my whizkid 2 technician, but it didn't work.  I thought you could apply a single mod or a basic assembly to uniques if you were a technician with both levels of whizkid.  I know that I've powermodded an acid spitter in the past with a whiz 2 technician (after it wouldn't let me put a firestorm pack on it, since spitting acid isn't the same as being an explosive weapon, apparently).

Technician can fully mod Cybernetic Armor.(Depends on WK). And single mod/basic assembly on railgun,bfg10k regardless of WK.
