Title: [U|AoI+AoOC|55%|YAVP] More AoOC cheese
Post by: Sereg on May 29, 2013, 10:45: I keep trying to do legit Platinums, like Veteran and Elite, but I keep dying at the Hell Arena or Chained Court(did I mention I *hate* special levels?), so I did this instead. AoI without Marine? Sure, that lets me take scout and Intuition past monsters straight to the stairs. Additionally, I get to see all the nice powerups I need to sustain without carrying medkits.

Post by: Klear on May 30, 2013, 06:50: If you're having trouble with unChained Court, remember you can skip it. I've done it on most of my builds until 997. (Not sure if it got easier or I got better, but I'm able to pass it quite reliably now).

Post by: Sereg on May 30, 2013, 09:55: Well no, I can't skip it. Elite Platinum requires Conqueror =P I was attempting to do them together since I need to do the two deepest special levels to guarantee Veteran Platinum, anyway(without a Conqueror or YAFW attempt, I'd never even consider them).

I suppose technically I could try them separately, but the luck I'd need to pull off even one of them makes me feel like just hoping for that slight extra bit of luck to manage both would be quicker then trying to do them separately.
