Title.
Gives a message about only being applicable to explosive or rapid-fire weapons. I'm pretty sure rockets explode, even if they do so tactically.
No screenshot - I'm posting this well after the fact - but it should be reproducible quite easily.

Are you sure you had WK 2 at the time you assembled the tactical rocket launcher?

Yep, well before.
In any case, I got that specific error message, as opposed to the more general "this weapon can't be modded further" etc.
Now you have me wondering what message would play in that event, but I think it'd be unlikely that a specific "this mod doesn't apply to this weapon" message would be the outcome.
I did later mod that launcher with a T mod, so I have no doubt about the WK level.

This one's tricky.
The reason Firestorm can't be added to the Tactical Rocket Launcher is because the check is on the shots and blast radius properties of the weapon. In order for the mod to be applied, it must fire at least 3 shots or have a blast radius of 3 or more. The tactical rocket launcher only fires one shot and its blast radius is only 2. It fails both checks.
Tactical Rocket Launcher isn't the only thing that Firestorm can't work with. Napalm Launcher also fails the checks. The Tristar Blaster will try to upgrade the shots (since that has priority) but will it won't work because of the way spread works.
I think some discussion might be needed.

Ah, that explains it. Interesting - I didn't realize blast radius was a limiting factor.
Not technically a bug, then, but you're right - it's worthy of discussion.
