Title: How strong will Mancubus be?

In the old Doom games (not sure about Doom 3, never played it), Mancubus was weaker than Baron of Hell but stronger than Hell Knight. Mancubus also had rockets with a splash effect, which many monsters' attacks in DoomRL do. How will Mancubus differ from the existing monsters in Doom RL?

He shot plenty of fireballs that were approximately twice as powerful as imp fireballs at quite a rapid pace and had a cooldown time between bursts..

I'm thinking blue armour, 100HP and rapid-fireballs with a cooldown time?
