Title: 4-th mod on advanced pistol can be applied, but not counts as mod [FIXED]

Look at my pistol. I have Whizkid*1. But applied i not 8, but 9 mods. 4*damage, 3*reload, and 2*speed. 4-th damage mod haven't count as applied, but damage increased.)) I'm happy.))

[Edit] Any mod cannot be more than 3. After that number the same mod on this weapon takes effect(increases damage/reload/speed/magazine), but not counts as applied mod, so, if you will be lucky to find 20 damage mods during the game, you will have advanced pistol (D3) with damage 2d24 and all this even without Whizkid.

My second damage mod didn't take effect at all.
