I got this crash when not in AoB.  I was in the middle of 3-5 barrels, and a Former Sergeant blew them up and crashed the game.

If you were running before you used a medpack, the medpack stops the running.

You don't gain experience from monsters that die of blood loss, even if the blood loss is due to you firing at them.

Doomrl.ini allows you to choose a difficulty that you haven't unlocked yet.  You can choose Ultra-Violence when you haven't unlocked it.
