What about small meds stacking and large meds not stacking.

No, absolutely not!! Stacking would completely ruin the "survival" feeling you get while playing the game.

You can strafe in Doom too and it can really save your life (Imagine having to fight against Cybie without strafing, OMG!). I say yes! =)

Well, I vote NO. I think you just have to find a balance between medpacks and ammo. It's still a roguelike after all isn't it?!

I think you should be able to play as ANY monster! So maybe not "Angel of Imp" but "Angel of Monsters" or so. The rest of the suggestions are very good except the last one IMO because imagine you get harmed and you have no medpacks and there are no health globes :/... then you're basically stuck into the game...

Argh! I can't believe it! I was about to win my first AoMr game ever! I got to Cybie but I had no bomb. So I started slaughtering him with my gunnehs... I had lots of large medpacks, like 10 or so. I swear he was mortally wounded; One tiny little shot could've made the big difference. I'm pretty pissed for the moment >=(

I was also caught in the mortuary for the first time. Luckily I had 3 homing phase devices! So sometimes the game can very friendly, too! ^_^

I ended up on level 24, those #%@§ arachnotrons made me drain all my medpacks. But hey LVL 24 is really good isn't it? I also found a rare item but it wasn't very helpful.
