Obviously, it's more copy/paste combined with crappy freehand drawing with paint, but I like to think that it gives it some kind of charm that enhances the humour. (At least I hope it does) :P Personally, I can't help giggling every time I look at the "hmmm..." panel, like there's no change in Cybie's expression going from angry to thinking. :D
(Also, in the last panel, he's shooting without looking... like a boss!) ;)
