I wasn't using any medikits before lv10, health globes were enough. Then I spend almost all of medikits on lv15 when I faced 5 arachnotrons, coming at me 2-3 at once X) Then I went to the City of Sculls where I was eaten by Lost Souls... I did't survive to see them blown by my thermie :)
My traits were SoG, SoG, Dg, Dg, Dg, SoG.

Concerning this mortem, why is it says that I was killed by a lost soul on lv15? Should it rather say that I was killed on special level, City of Sculls?

How did Dualgunner (3) feel and was it worth it?

You should take SoaG(3) before Dualgunner(2). That's because additional levels in Dualgunner only give you a speed boost, but SoaG also increases your damage.

It doesn't make any special mention of death on special levels. It seems to treat it like any other death, far as I can tell.

Also, wouldn't the speed boost from SoaG be larger than Dualgunner's as well? Since you're lowering the base firing time that Dualgunner works off of, I would think that would give a bigger speed boost, and make it an even better choice to max first. I'd also take a level of Tough as Nails before maxing Dualgunner, but that may just be my bad luck, since I seem to run into cave after cave of arachnotrons once I hit about level 19.

It was my first City of Sculls ever, so I was tempted to pull it :)
Dualgunner (3) feeled as an Uzi - I shot at least six times (12 bullets) before anyone shot back. But I'm not sure if it was worth it...

You should take SoaG(3) before Dualgunner(2).

I'd also take a level of Tough as Nails before maxing Dualgunner
