On level 16 he invaded the Unholy Cathedral!
He fled the Unholy Cathedral seeing no chance to win.
Then at last he found Phobos Arena!
On level 25 he finally defeated the Cyberdemon.

I'm quite sure that all of the remaining 6% of the enemies were those in the Unholy Cathedral, which I descended into through ignorance. I ran out of ammo completely on level 22 or 23, but the final bullet I used killed a former captain, and that particular level had plenty of them so I found more than enough to last the next few levels. All in all, the whole game went smoothly as there was only one time where I was actually in danger of dying had I not had a phase device to save me. I had invincibility for the better part of the fight with the Cyberdemon, which made things all the more easy.
