Large health globe and berserk looking the same

I really doubt these two red ^s were made this way on purpose.

What about making one of them be dark magenta instead?

That reminds me, the Angel of Berserk description says that Large Health Globes are supposed to give a berserk effect. I've never seen that happen in any of my AoB runs. Is that just my copy being weird, or was it changed/not implemented yet?
